Despair at the death for Dinno.
A Point on the Road An afternoon where Dinno came in to the game on the back of six straight wins and one where the run came to an end, still a point earned but on the whole a difficult afternoon, one that could've been much worse but for some poor finishing and a couple of top drawer saves from Branchy. The first half was a laboured affair, a slow start yet again and far too many loose balls were the order of the day and it was a fairly frustrating affair with the yellows struggling to anything together. The opening quarter of an hour was very sloppy but take nothing away from the hosts, they were making it difficult for Dinno. The first real chance of the game fell to Jordan Turner but he saw his effort saved and a follow up blocked before a weak header was gathered by the Kiveton keeper. Kiveton were stopping Dinnington playing with the yellows struggling to get down the sides and in behind and the frustration was clearly showing despite the best efforts of skipper ...
